Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Cognitio Catalysts, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original, sealed condition.
  • In the original packaging with the label intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed natural health products.
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Gift cards.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

We will arrange a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items — you will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at info@cognitocatalysts.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Do not send your product back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method via Stripe. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
  • We are unable to refund import duties or customs fees paid on international orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
