Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD $75 within Canada.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (US Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed at the border. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Tracking may not be available for all international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@cognitocatalysts.ca with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
